Ashish Gupta

Dr. Ashish Gupta serves as Partner Emeritus at Prime, and actively participates in all new investment decisions, and guides the team on several aspects of Venture Capital. Ashish is a co-founder of Helion and serves on several boards including Pubmatic , simplilearn , SMSGupshup , Naukri (NAUKRI) and Hindustan Unilever. He has co-founded two successful companies - Tavant Technologies and Junglee ( AMZN ). He has also worked at Woodside Fund, Oracle Corporation and IBM research. Some of his past investments include Daksh (IBM), MakeMyTrip (MMYT), MuSigma , Upwork (UPWK),Perfios, Redbus (MIH) and Flipkart (Walmart).

Ashish is a Kauffman Fellow, holds a Ph.D. in CS from Stanford University, and a BTech from IIT Kanpur where he received the President’s Gold medal and is on its list of 50 illustrious alumni.
