Renuka Neelagandan

Renuka has always had the passion for storytelling, and helping other people tell their stories. She discovered her passion for brands in 2015 after she graduated from NITK( National Institute of Technology,Surathkal). During the same year she was in London for a short trip and the brand Airbnb had come up with a PR stunt to make Londoners and tourists see the city differently and engage potential travellers in a disruptive way. This enthusiasm built up and she was lured to pursue an MBA in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communications(SIMC) Pune, India.

She did her internship at Ogilvy PR, worked across healthcare, technology and real-estate sectors and took an entry-level position at Adfactors PR (one of the leading PR agencies in the country) in the year 2017.

Today, as a marketing communication professional, she is extremely glad to have worked on two big healthcare campaigns: 1) Better Half’s Bitter Truth ( Nova IVF Fertility) 2) The Infertility Myth-Busters ( Nova IVF Fertility), that bagged Gold under the Best Healthcare Provider at the SABRE Asia- Pacific PR Awards in the year 2018 and 2019.

Brands that she has worked with in the past include Apollo Hospitals Group, the Motherhood Hospitals, Nova IVF Fertility, Simplilearn, Instamojo, KredX, Exide Life Insurance, Columbia Asia, Essentra, Sophos and Shriram Properties.

She loves learning different languages — she speaks Hindi and all South Indian languages and a tad bit Spanish, too. In her free time, she enjoys binge watching Sci-fi movies, cooking pastas, and eating banana pudding at Indiranagar’s Magnolia Bakery:) She love dogs, Bugatti and rock music.
