Having worked in several countries, Saritha is always up for challenges and lives learning new things. She has thorough knowledge and vast expertise in the Accounts of ITES company including Statutory Compliance - Incorporation of a Private Limited Company, Compliance with Income-Tax, Service-Tax Dept., STPI and Project Financing from Bank & other financial Institutions.

At Prime, she is a controller and also actively assists portfolio companies in holding robust processes. She is also responsible for compliance and active stakeholder management.

She’s a hidden gem and enjoys cooking, watching movies and has a very motherly vibe to her!
